This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds are offered on purchases made through the Skinwise website.
21-Day Try & Refund Policy
Skinwise offers a 21-Day Try & Refund Policy on selected products.
Customers are encouraged to use the product as per the recommended instructions. If, after 21 consecutive days of consistent usage, the product does not deliver visible results for your skin, you may request a refund.
No physical return of the product is required.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a refund under the 21-day policy, all of the following conditions must be met:

The product must be used consistently for 21 days as per usage directions

A refund request must be raised within 24 hours after completing 21 days of usage

The customer must provide photo evidence, including:

One clear image taken on Day 1 (before first use)

One clear image taken on Day 21 (after consistent use)

Photos must show the same skin area, captured in similar lighting conditions, without filters or heavy edits
If there is no visible improvement after proper and consistent usage, the refund will be approved.
Refund Process

The customer must contact Skinwise support with their order ID and required photo proof

The submitted proof will be reviewed by our team

Once approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method
Approved refunds are typically completed within 5–7 business days, depending on the payment provider.
Limitations & Exceptions

The 21-Day Try & Refund Policy applies only to eligible products, clearly mentioned on individual product pages

Only one refund per product per customer is permitted

Refunds will not be processed if:

The product was not used consistently

Required proof is missing or unclear

The product was misused or used contrary to instructions

The refund request is raised outside the permitted time window
Skinwise reserves the right to reject refund requests that do not comply with the above conditions.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo or video proof.
Eligible cases will be resolved through replacement or refund, as applicable.
